Standard Hot Water Extraction

1) Pre-Vacuum carpets: Using Hepa filter equipped vacuums, we pre-vacuum all carpet traffic areas to remove as much soil as possible before cleaning.

2) Pre-spray to loosen hard to remove dirt,soil, and stains: using only top quality cleaning solutions, we spray all stains and traffic areas to assist in the cleaning process! All Prespray solutions are pre-heated to 170 degrees F. This results in an absolute increase in cleaning and stain removing power.

3) Hot Water extraction to remove residues, dirt, and chemicals: Super high pressure hot water extraction unit is used to remove all dirt, solutions, and contaminants from your carpet.

Hot Water Extraction w/SUPER STEAM VAPOR

1) Super Steam Vapor to kill all bacteria and mites: believe it or not, every fabric has them! We kill them! Using the steam Steam Vapor Unit, we cover all carpet fibers effectively killing bacteria, mites, and germs. Terrific for people suffering from allergies.
